Brendan Meyler

My name is Brendan Meyler, and I am a senior at CU Boulder and the Marketing Director for Buff Brain Gym. Mental health has been something I have dealt with all my life both personally and with others. As I have grown older I learned to take a more educated and measured approach to dealing with the challenges of mental health and in turn have learned that solving problems related to mental health can ultimately lead to a happier and healthier life. After meeting Elle and Ellie late last year, I immediately felt a connection to their goals for Buff Brain Gym. The organization offered me an opportunity to learn more about the topic of mental wellbeing and share it with others so they may improve their lives in the same manner that I have. As Marketing Director of Buff Brain Gym, I look forward to bringing in new club members while sharing valuable messages in regards to mental health!
